The diagnosis is the first month
You start paying the day we start looking, and that first month already gets you the map of your operation.
If you decide not to continue after the diagnosis, you have paid one month and you keep the report, written so anyone can act on it. It is the fairest way we know to begin.

One single fee
Diagnosis, system, operation, improvements and support, all in one monthly fee.
The price you agree in the first year is the price you know for the second. If the scope changes, we talk it through first, well before any invoice.

The system is yours; the fee pays for it to work
Building it is the easy part. The real work is that it runs every Tuesday, and adapts when your operation or the law changes.
The system and the data are yours, documented so another team could carry on. The fee pays to run it, watch it and improve it. That is why there is no lock-in: every month we have to earn it again.

What people ask before starting
How much does it cost?
It is a monthly fee with nothing upfront: it covers the diagnosis, the system and running it. The amount depends on your size and how many areas are involved, and we close it on the fit call, before any invoice and with no surprises afterwards.
Do we have to change our software?
Rarely. The agents work inside what you already use: email, your ERP, your shop, your bank. If a tool has an API, we connect it.
What if it does not work for us?
We tell you on the first call, before you have spent anything. And you can stop at any phase, with nothing tying you in.
Who answers when something fails?
We do. The monthly fee pays for running the system: we watch it, fix it and tell you. Every decision the agent makes is logged with its source, so you can always see what happened and why.
What happens to our data?
It stays yours. We use it to build and run your system, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models for anyone else. You can ask for export or deletion at any time.
